Your Steps to a Successful Party!

Set Your/Your Hostesses Party Date.
o The Party Date Is: __________________________________________________________
o Over Invite! Whether it’s You or a Hostess it’s important to Over Invite friends,
family, fellow colleagues, friends from church, your children’s friends moms, etc.
Don’t forget that you can send Online Party Invites to everyone too!
Send invites to any groups online that you belong too as well.
Make sure you give everyone plenty of notice!
Usually about ½ the people you invite will show up!

o Be sure to stay in touch with your Hostess several times before the party.
o Prepare for your Party!
Use the checklist below to go over how you will do and what you will do at your party.
You can always fill this out and take it with you to the party.
This way you will not leave anything out!
o Always arrive early!
o Set up your products.
o Ask the hostess what it is that she is working toward.
o Greet the guests as they arrive.

o Thank the hostess for allowing you into her home.
This is a good time to give her a little gift.

into the business.
Let the guests know about contests your company is currently running
and how they can get in on the fun!

Do not forget this important step!

o Let the guests know that you would be happy to help them if they have any questions about the products.
The personal touch is so important! This will give you repeat business!
o Close the sale with each customer.
o Be sure to thank each and every guest again!
o Make sure you ask each and every guest if they would like to book a party!
Some people just need to be asked!
Don’t be afraid to ask!
o Set up a time with the hostess that you will get together or call to close out her party!
o It’s time to pack up and go home!
o Job Well Done!!
r Be sure to send out reminders online if you are able to!
Do this a few days before the party! If you forget, they may too!
