FAQ's


Do you host different events? 
NO!! we have 1 Event! Our Every Tuesday Expo
We do not do Expos on any other day
Our Network sites do!

 for online Expos, parties and chat rooms

Do you allow more then 1 of the same company
or allow 1 person to do several companies ?

No!   We limit the Expos to just 1 rep per company
So each company will only have one rep here from that company
** We do ask that you see the Vendor List 
BEFORE you fill out the form!

We do allow ExpoConnection.com  2005 Vendors to
 list 2 Businesses
But all New Vendors are limited to just 1 company
This way there is no monopoly of a few people
 who are with several companies. 
And keeps it open to more individual Vendors!

What happens if I don't have a logo to give you
While we do recommend you put a logo on your sale page 
it is not mandatory!
Logos can be as large as 400 px. max. width
Also we  highly recommend 1 great places to get logo made from

     TheDesignShoppe.com
** Just make sure you tell them  if it is a 
small logo banner for here at The Tuesday Expo as they
 both are familiar  with the size requirements!

I read I need to have URL's to pictures
How do I give URL's for pictures

Every picture has a URL to it.
It can show as http:// www/ mywebsite.com /images/picname.gif
here is a sample of 1 we have

You can right click to see them on a website
** IF you have a company website you need their permission 
before you send us the URL from their website!
***If needed we can save the pictures to our website but 
we do charge for this as we are then storing your pictures 
on this website and using space.
There is a $3 per listing charge for this option.

I read that  Vendors may schedule Party Hours

YES! We encourage this!  
While we do have hourly slots on each Tuesday 
We offer both 1/2 hour and full hour times
For full hours the actual party time is only 50 minutes,
And 1/2 slots is 25 minutes!    

We have 2 reason for doing that
1st it gives the Vendor doing the party time
 to say the party is ending and take orders and 
answer any questions!
2nd this gives a 5 min breather, as we call it, 
in between the parties.   
This allows new guests to come into the room and be welcomed 
without interrupting the previous party and also time for someone 
to just take 5 minutes off for whatever reason!
We also have times open times (hour) to all vendors at each Expo.
We have come to learn over the years that some guests like 
to come to certain parties but also that open times are a relaxing
 non party way to meet the guests and they feel less pressure also! We offer a party schedule for this also.
We do not allow Vendors to have the same hours every week,
 a vendor may request a certain time  per month
* Example ~ 
Vendor A requests 2nd Tuesday of each month at 8PM EST
This allow the vendors to let their guests know they have 
a regular Tuesday Event time!
This is on a 1st come bases as all time schedules are.

Can I make changes to my Listing Information?
You should do a Information listing for your business
that will be good for months or the time you have a listing
You can request changes to your listing from the link on the yahoo group but it can take 7 days and there is a small fee for it.
Since we keep the price so low for a month listing 
any changes we have to charge a small fee for.

  As a vendor how can I promote the Expo?

 There are several ways to do this!
* If you have a website we do ask that you place the 
Tuesday Expo banner on you HOME or MAIN pages
Link pages are for link exchanges which we also do so 
a links page is not considered  as a main page
* You can email your friends and family
* Post on the groups your on such as MSN and Yahoo ones plus others you may be on
*You can also post on the message boards your on
Please make sure these posts are allowed on the list 
and boards you are on!
** ALL VENDORS are required to promote the Weekly TUesdayExpos sale and chat!

Why would I want a 3 month listing
 over a 1 month one?
Save $6!

3 month listing are $12 per month paid 3 months at a time ($36) saving you $6  verse 
the Reg. Price of a 1 month listing of $14 a month
Should you do either listing and not renew by the renewal time that each has( see listing form) you may loose your spot!
You do allow other company reps to be on a waiting list for 
the 1 month listings
And should they replace you if you sit a month or more out then you may not get back in the Tuesday Expos until they no longer want their space.

Can I have more then the 6 pictures?
While the pages are set up to only allow only 6 products per page
IF you have a Special LONG RUNNING SPECIAL it can be listed 
in the Special Section on your page. It will then be in the form a the bottom of your page and not a 7th product.
EXAMPLES
 * Do you Qualify for the  Buy 2 Special Offer 3rd at 1/2 price
* Do you also want our Special Offer? (As listed above on the page)         

What is this group I am asked to join as a 
Vendor at the Tuesday Expos?

 We have found it is much easier to have the Vendors join the
 Tuesday Expo Vendor group as a way for not only us 
but also for the vendors to communicate. 
We will post things when needed and also Vendor if they wish may offer each other their monthly specials as Vendor to Vendor Offers!
We do ask that this list not be abused or spammed! 
We do not allow harvesting of each others address and it can effect you if you do so. ** If an Vendor wants to email you, your name and email is also on your table!!

What if I have a question before I join?

Ask away! Just email us and ask any questions you may have!
While we do make every effort to give you as much information about our Expos as we can we do know we may have missed
 a question or concern you have.
We prefer you ask any questions you have 
BEFORE you become a vendor!
This is our policy also at the Network of Connection websites.
The more you understand the better you will do!

As Tuesday Expo Vendors we like to think of you as 
part of the Expo Team! We have learned through our
other events that often friendships form between vendors 
and the staff also. Part of our goal is to have Vendors look forward to each Tuesday Expo not only for sales but also to see other vendors who have become familiar faces and friends!!!

We take Spamming Seriously!

We have had problems with previous vendors PM'ing 
( Private Messaging ) other vendors and guests Spam!  
To go to other parties and to not buy from vendors as they have "friends" who can get them a better deal aka price then the vendors in the TuesdayExpos! This is not acceptable here at TuesdayExpos or in most business settings on or offline!
We also do NOT allow vendors to be DOING a Party at TuesdayExpos at the SAME TIME they are doing one at another event! Vendors may NOT do double party times!
Example - DO not request a 3 pm party IF you are doing the 
same time ( 3pm) at another party site also!
There is no need for it! If you are in more then 1 event 
then be sure NOT to schedule the same exact party times in both!
Please do not try to say a BRB due to UPS man at the 
door 5 times in a 1 hour party. 
Doing this can cause your listing to be removed asap!
Your business is only as good as you present it at your parties! 

Our Vendors are awesome and we try very hard
to make the TuesdayExpos the best possible weekly 
Expo event  for our vendors!
Unfortunately from time to time we do find out there is the few
who are not the Great Awesome Type of Vendors we are use to!

We would like to add that we do reserve the right to refuse any listing and if they have paid their money will be refunded 
We only offer refunds on listings we do not accept!
