Vendor Information

Here at the Tuesday Expos we have Expos Each and Every Tuesday!
** The only exceptions would be Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
 and New Years Eve or Day if applicable.

** We now offer both 30 min and Hour times
Since they have pages you can use separately and also 
guests can email you from them we charge per table which is 
really a page with it's own URL 

They are the same price at this time 

We have 2 different Vendor Tables
Information and Product ones.

Price of either table is the same 1 month $12 per month 3 months is $10 per month- total $30  (Saving $6 ) * We do have a $3 fee if we need to download your item pictures and store them for you
Both Tables Have:
	Welcome Page with Directory of Vendors with link to individual tables
	Use of the Expanded Chat Room Guest activated sound effects for fun Customizable Chat Options
	Open chat times - This is Open to all Vendors
	PLUS Vendors may schedule Party Times!  Both 1/2 hour and full Hours are available ! * Vendors cannot block the same hours every Tuesday
The Information Tables will have
	Company Name Listed
	Contact Email link
	Logo you supply link to up to 400 px. wide
	URL to Your Website
	75 Word Company Intro This should be similar to a text link in wording and not a per month one. ** Changes can be done with an email form request at a min fee
	20 Word intro of Business Opportunity or Hostess Information
	Info Only Form  (No orders linked to your email box)
	Special offer section on page if needed
	No Product Pictures on Information Tables Logo are allowed on all tables
Product Tables Additional Items
	The Product Table have up to  6 Product Pictures (you supply URL)** with description and box to order items ** After your 1st initial table set up -Changes can be done with an email form request at a min fee
	Plus the ability for guests to order right from your table! With the Order Form sent directly to your email. You then contact them for payment
* *	At the bottom of each table the guests may go back to the Main Directory After every form is filled out guests will see  to a thank you page with link back to  Main Directory
	** Remember that the url you provide must go to a picture, not a webpage.  Descriptions can not be longer than 25 words per item. Your first item is your Show Special - your best seller or "on sale" item. IF we have to download your pictures there is an additional fee for this storing the pictures on the Tuesday Expo website of $3 per subscription length ( 1 or 3 months) or monthly billing
We have a special Tuesday Expos Vendor Group that all vendors need to be join. Once your  listing of conformed we will send  you the link to join. This makes it easier for All of us in the Tuesday Expos. plus you may ask questions and see posts with information that are helpful and useful as vendors.                           ALL vendors are required to promote the Expos! This can be done thru banners on websites , newsletters, posts on their groups and also in signature lines. Plus emailing friends! This benefits everyone in the Expos!
